Shipping policy

Unclaimed shipments: 

If a shipment is unclaimed by the customer and returned to Alchemy Archive, we will reach out to the customer twice. If the customer does not respond we will refund the customer 90% of the order amount. The customer must pay for shipping again  if an order is returned to us.
